Declared a Historic Site, the greatest challenge for Star Center was providing air conditioning in the environments without interfering in the original architecture, besides designing the system without knowing the original plans of the building, due to the age of its construction. Having overcome all the difficulties, Star Center managed to execute a perfect air conditioning facility, using a state-of-the-art HVAC system adapting the existing more technologically innovative system to the old building.
